Unfortunately our Midsummer special for June 21st and 22nd are now fully booked.

If weather permits we might add a few seats outdoors but we will not take any bookings until same day.

안녕하세요, 벛꽃인가 했더니 벌써 하지가 코앞이네요.

올해도 헴라갓에서는 미드솜마(하지) 주말 스페셜을 준비했습니다.

여름이 짧은 스웨덴에서 여름의 정점을 즐기는 방식대로 미드솜마에만 먹는 청어 2가지 종류를 넣고  작년에 조금 양이 부족하셨던 분들을 위해 스납스 양도 두배로 했습니다.

메뉴는 최소 2인 기준이며 예약은 인스타 DM이나 네이버 톡으로 해 주시면  됩니다.  감사합니다!

It feels like it was just Cherry Blossom season and it’s soon Midsummer already.

As usual we will have a Swedish Midsummer menu.

The menu is for a minimum of 2 people and by reservations only, reservations can be made through Instagram DM or Naver Talk. Limited seats available.

We have a couple of Holidays coming up in May. For both Children’s Day May 6th and Buddhas Birthday May 15th we are open 15-21 and as always due to limited seatings bookings are recommended.

In 2024, we decided to add a special a special dish on the menu for a limited time. The first dish out pyttipanna. A classic dish for in all the Nordic countries. It’s a hash with small pieces of fried ham, pork, potato and onion, served with a fried egg and pickled beetroot. We will serve this until the Lunar New Year.
안녕하셔요 새해에는 메뉴에 없는 요리를 한정기간 동안만 바꿔가면 준비하려 합니다.
첫번째 요리는 퓌티판나, 노르딕 의 가장 대중적인 가정식 입니다. 작게 썬 감자에 고기 핸 등을 넣고 볶은 북유럽판 볶은밥(감자) 이라 해도 될것 같습니다. 설날 전까지 판매합니다.

We are open again!

안녕하셔요, 기록적인 52시간이 걸려 드디어 돌아왔습니다. 영하 30도 되는 눈밭에서 끝없이 헤메다 돌아오니 서울은 따뜻한 봄날처럼 좋네요^^
새해 새기분으로 열심히 먼지를 털고 음식을 준비해 뵙도록 하겠습니다.

Finally we are back to Hemlagat! It was a record breaking 52 hour journey to Korea due to delayed flights but we were able to enjoy the endless nordic snow storms and 30 below zero weather 😃!
Now we are getting ready with food preparations and cleaning under warmer sunny sky.
